Michael has over 25 years experience in the radio broadcast industry, working in programming, production and management. He has worked at various music and talk radio stations in Dallas, Austin and Los Angeles, producing morning and talk radio shows. In addition to working with Skid Trax, Michael heads Smilecom Media, which produces, syndicates and distributes radio programming and production to affiliate radio stations.

With more than 35 years experience in the field of radio, Tonya has worked in a variety of formats, including AC, Oldies, CHR, Classic Rock and Country. She has been an on-air personality for all these formats and has programmed in the second largest market in the country, Los Angeles. Tonya worked her way up from small market stations to large and has garnered a talent for writing imaging, coaching talent and helping you use creativity and a small budget to your advantage.
